2. The tutors are here to guide you through your homework, not to do it for you 

3. Always behave appropriately to our admins and tutors 

4. Please open your DMs for non followers so your tutor can contact you 

5. Once you have sent in a request for a tutor, please do not send the same request again, we will be already finding a tutor for you.

6. If you have previously received help from a tutor and would like help further help, please ensure you submit another form. Please refrain from contacting your previous tutor again.

Please note that we will softblock any users who do not comply with our rules, this includes: 

• Inappropriate behaviour and attitude towards our volunteers

• Submitting multiple requests despite having a tutor already assigned to you 

• Contacting the tutor again without filling out the form.
