General Information
Our Korean Course for Beginners is directed at students with no previous knowledge of Korean. We introduce them to the Korean alphabet, the pronunciation and writing of the characters, and at the end, we give an introduction to Korean grammar through four particles. The course consists of 8 weekly classes of 2 hours each, and it will take place in Discord. Weekly homework and quizzes will be assigned.

Registration
To register for our Korean Course for Beginners you need to fill out a Google form in which you will choose the schedule of your classes. We'll open the form 3 times, and each time different schedule of classes will open. For more information regarding the dates when the forms open, and the schedules that will be available in each one, read below.
How do the forms work?
We use Google forms for the registration. In the form, we'll ask you your name, Twitter username, email, and Discord username. The email is for the assignments and important announcements, the Twitter username is for our admins to contact you if you get in, and the Discord username is for you to have access to our server. We'll also ask you to select the schedule of 3 classes that best work for you, in case your top-choice gets full. Don't worry, if only one or two schedules work for you, select only those. Additionally, you will be asked to reply to 3 questions related to BTS/ARMY, accept our rules, and confirm that you have your DMs open and/or follow @armyacademics and @students_AA.
In the past few years, the course got full in less than 10 minutes so we strongly recommend you to know when the forms open, and have all the information we'll ask you ready. For more tips, go to the last section.
When do the forms open?
The first form will open on April 17th at 12 am KST and it will only contain classes that are taught in English. The second form will open on April 18th at 12 am KST and it will only contain classes that are taught in English. The third form will open on April 19th at 12 am KST and it will only contain classes that are taught in Spanish. To know which classes will be available in each form go to the next section.
Please only fill the form that contains classes taught in the language you know. If you don't speak Spanish please do not fill out the third form. If you do, we'll remove you from the course.
Time zones can be confusing so here are some countdowns for you. You can also use an app/website to convert it to your time zone.
What classes will open in each form?
In the first and second forms, only classes taught in English will open. In the third form classes taught in Spanish will open. Here's the list of them and their schedules. In the form, we'll ask you for the class name so take note of that. Tip: use a time zone convertor.
